Are You Stepping into Your Power as You Age?

If you’re over sixty, have you ever asked how your inner self is different from when you were 30, 40 or 50?

I did this recently, and here’s what showed up:

There’s something — a subtle presence. It feels like the inner me is wiser, more self-assured, and relaxed. I also detect my awareness is more expansive, richer and somehow deeper.

While this inner world is hard to describe, what’s easier to put my finger on is my behavior: I’m more chilled out, more grounded, peaceful, less reactive, and I recover from being triggered much more quickly.

Am I more aligned with my softer, more heart-centered and spirit-based self? Possibly.

Wow. I don’t recall feeling this way years ago — at all.

Why is this?
