First of all- It's a great title.

I was intrigued immediately. Maybe because I've had a long run following a guru and eating up everything he did or said like I was at a free buffet breakfast, and then over the years, started questioning some of the dogma.

So, I like it when people thoughtfully take on a guru or two. Maybe it's the rebel in me celebrating a lone voice in big soup, saying, "Hey people! Pay attention! Trust your own experience."

And, yeah, his experience of whatever his enlightenment is, is a one off.

For most of us trying to find our way in a mad world run by mostly rich white men who could give a shit about the Truth, we need to make effort and pay attention to what we do.

Every day, every moment. It's a razor's edge. So I applaud anyone making any effort, big or small, to live a more conscious life.
