hehe! Yep, good on you for finding Maharishi. the giggle. the instructor who wasn't celibate! Ha! yep, Lessons. Did his basic tenets lead me to other things? Not directly, but certainly having an inner experience of light, peace etc. certainly opened my eyes to many other practices, like other forms of yoga, holotropic breathwork, channeling energy and more. I think any meditation practice could do those things, but for me, this is the one that got me going and it still works beautifully--sans Guru!!
