Liana- Thank you for reading my piece. Glad you liked it. To your point about the logic- Jung made it clear that Sensing and Intuition are irrational functions, so there may be no logic to them at all! We use all of our preferences, and we’re on a continuum with these things — we’re not just hanging out on one end, never visiting the other side. Also, we ebb and flow to our environment and situation. We can acquire new ways of doing things and as we mature it’s not unusual for people to move more to the middle as they acquire life experience. So, I get what you are saying. For every rule, there are exceptions, and this certainly applies here. Hard to get all the nuances about this in a 5-minute article. I tried to illustrate the complexity of it, by saying my wife is very tidy in some things, but not in others…Hope this helps a bit, and nonetheless, thanks for writing and bringing your point up.
