Lovely piece Sandra. So true as you say, regrets can show up, but the key is letting go and learning. I think when we view ourselves as a "work in progress", we lose the false idea that they way we are is the way we will always be. You got me thinking about what regrets I might have. There's lots of mistakes made for sure. I choose to look at them as part of my path and learning moments. Thanks for bringing this important issue into the light.
