Peter, so true what the Israeli’s are doing there. In corporate America, too many times, heroics are celebrated with all kinds of accolades, and then nothing is done to fix why someone or a team had to work all weekend to deliver a project to a client. I saw this happen a lot. And btw, if you worked for Crayola, (Binney&Smith to me), I did extensive work there in the ’90s with Tom Bamonti. I was up at the plant in PA, a lot.
