Sandra! I love that you are wading into topics that may stir things up! Good on you! I couldn't agree we need more women in power. With a caveat and I'll come back to that.

I've had a good balance of male and female leaders in my 30 year corporate career. Most of them were darn good leaders.

My caveat is this: More women, yes. But please let them be women who don't act like men. Sadly, I've seen too many women who have been conditioned by the male dominated world, to act like men. I don't think we need more of that.

I wrote an article about the need for more feminine energy in the world. Simple explanation is we need our leaders and all of us to act with power and grace. Power is a male energy. Grace is an aspect of feminine energy. We need both. And men and women can access both. We all need to walk The Middle Path. Right up your alley with your Buddhist background. -:)
