verbal aikido is not about caving in or going silent. Speak your truth, I agree. Not sure what your definition of brutally honest is. Mine is: Be direct, honest and respectful. Some people think by tearing the other person part, personally, is required to be brutally honest. I disagree. you can call someone out, without demeaning them.
