My view is being right is a form of ontological arrogance. It believes it’s view of the world is the only possible view.

Humility, is the POV that my view of the world is only one possible view of many. I think the language we use unlocks the log jam. A mindset of humility can help.

Now you are in dialogue, not a stand off. It’s not the answer to everything, but when we make requests, or proposals, it invites a less defensive response. When we stay in dialogue we have a chance to solve problems. When we aren’t in dialogue we are in war. War exists when one side refuses to stay in honest dialogue. My three cents on an early Sunday!!
